TEACHERS AND STAFF
Southfield Primary School benefits from having a balanced mix of long-standing experienced teaching staff and enthusiastic new recruits. A recent Ofsted inspection which focused on the teaching of English highlighted that lessons were “very well planned” and that teachers were “clear about strategies to improve standards” making “effective use of very high quality resources [to] develop taught skills well and promote independent learning”.
All the support staff work very hard with the teachers to ensure that Southfield provides a friendly safe environment in which to work and play.
