We really value parent contributions of food for the international food stall during the school fete next Saturday. In order for us to sell food, we are required to adhere to strict food preparation guidelines. Thank you to everyone who donated to this important charity. We are looking forward to welcoming some of the children from a school in Belarus later this term.

Maths Workshop: Monday 28th May at 9am

Due to popluarity of the last one and requests from parents and carers, we will be running another Maths workshop on Monday 28th May at 9am.

The workshop is a great opportunity for parents to come and find out how math is taught in Southfield and how you can help your child further their learning.

Year 6 SATs

Next week Year 6 will start their SATs, which will last for a week and a half. They have all been working really hard to achieve their best in reading, writing and maths.

We wish them all well.

Personal, Social and Health Education Workshops: 28th June – 9am and 5:30pm

Come and find out how PSHE is taught in the school, and our plans for teaching the subject in the next academic year. This will include information about Sex and Relationships Education.

Sonita Pobi from Ealings PSHE team will be at the workshops to share good practices used in other schools.

Well done to RR, 1G and 4R for having the highest attendance this week.

Our attendance so far this year is now 95% so well done to everyone! This is almost 2% above this time last year which is fantastic!

Sport Relief Fundraising results

A large thank you to all who donated to Sports Relief and especially to all the children who took part in the sponsored mile. This year we have raised an amazing total of:

Non Uniform day

Please remember next Friday is another Non Uniform day. We hope to raise a lot of money for the Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline charity, so all donations will be appreciated.

A group of children from Belarus will be visiting the school later on this term.
