How to get involved

There are many ways to get involved in raising vital funds that are put towards enriching our children’s experience at school.  These range from volunteering at our fundraising events to shopping online, to recycling unwanted phones or ink cartridges.  If you have new ideas for fundraisers we’d love to hear from you.  Contact Angela McHale at angelamchale@gmail.com or Catherine Barlen at cbarlen@talktalk.net

Below are details of our shopping online and fundmatching schemes.

Shopping online

www.easyfundraising.org.uk is a shopping directory listing many online stores including Argos, Next, Debenhams, John Lewis, Toys R Us, HMV and over 2000 others. Just use the links on the easyfundraising site whenever you shop online and, at no extra cost to you, Southfield will receive a free donation of up to 15% from every purchase you make.

It’s completely FREE to register and you won’t pay a penny more for your shopping when you use the easyfundraising site. You can even SAVE MONEY as many retailers offer discounts, special offers and even ‘e-vouchers’ exclusive to easyfundraising.

If you shop online anyway you will raise valuable extra funds for us by using this scheme. All you need to do is visit http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/southfieldps and when you register, select Southfield Primary School – W4 as the organisation you wish to support. Then click on the link for the retailer you want to shop with and shop as normal. We’ve raised in excess of £1100 for school funds from the site since we launched it.  The more parents who use the site, the more funds we raise. Thank you for your support.

Easy2Name

We’ve teamed up with Easy2name, who specialize in stickers, iron and sew on labels for school clothing, lunchboxes shoes, gym bags, etc. Easy2name give us 20% back on any orders parents place so long as we remember to quote ‘Southfield Primary School W4′. You can order over the phone, via the internet www.easy2name.com or by filling in the form available from the school uniform shop and posting it.

And you only have to do it once!

Employees  who work for these companies and  help at any SPSA event whether it’s  the Christmas Bazaar,  monthly cake stalls or car boot sales, Summer Fete or any other event could make a major difference to the funds raised for Southfield.
